Creative Arts Store strives to ensure accuracy with our product pricing. There may be times where products are priced wrong. In this case, we will contact you before shipping your order. We do not charge your account or credit card until your order is shipped.
Shipping Methods
Orders will be shipped UPS or USPS unless you request otherwise. We ship this way so your order can be tracked. In stock items generally ship within 24 hours Monday – Friday.
Shipping & Handling will be added to all orders.
Return Policy
Sorry, but we cannot accept returns on wigs, beards, noses, shoes, make up, illusions, books, videos, or DVD’s unless the merchandise is defective. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or non-opened paint or make up. If you receive the wrong paint or make up, we will gladly exchange the product for the correct product at no cost. If you receive a video, CD, or DVD that is defective please contact us immediately so that we can replace the item. All returns must be authorized first, to approve a return please call 1-877-44LESSON (445-3776) and we will issue a return authorization number. Returns are accepted only with the correct Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package. Any products returned without this number will not be accepted. Please report damages within 3 days of receiving your item so that we can issue a replacement. All non-defective returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
